The 90 days convertible UAE visit visa is for customers who have a confirmed job offer in the UAE or are looking to change into residence visa as soon as possible. If you are going to UAE to search for a job then you DO NOT have to take the convertible UAE visa. This convertible UAE visa is a bit expensive when compared with regular tourist visa because the visa status can be changed without leaving the UAE.
As compared to regular tourist visas to UAE you have to exit the country when converting to a work or residence visa. In the convertible UAE visa the status can be changed inside the country.
This visa is issued by a trading company in the UAE and is also called a leisure visa.
To apply 90 days convertible UAE visa we require a copy of the below documents.
* front page of the passport ( photo page)
* back page of the passport i.e the page bearing the permanent address
* passport size photograph

* The visa has a validity of 60 days from the date of issue.
* After entry into the UAE the visa will expire within 30 days including the day of entry and the day of exit as two separate days ( so its technically 28 days)
*Passengers are not allowed to work or hold a job wile on convertible visa.
* Overstaying the visa is an immigration offence and is dealt with severely in the UAE.
* First day overstay is priced at AED 300 and each subsequent day is charged at AED 100 per day.
